A high-performance logistics centre designed to optimise operational flows and improve transport efficiency.
The project responded to Ayach Logística’s need to modernise and centralise its facilities in order to support the growth of its fleet and enhance its operational capacity. The objective was to create a functional, safe and efficient logistics centre capable of optimising goods flows and reducing loading and unloading times, while maintaining architectural coherence with the existing industrial environment.
The new centre, with a total area of 2,500 m², is organised around a warehouse equipped with loading docks and operational areas adapted to a fleet of 15 heavy vehicles and 6 light vehicles. The project includes the construction of a new single-storey rectangular volume attached to the original warehouse, as well as the partial refurbishment of the west façade, allowing the architectural image of the complex to be unified and its functionality improved.
The design was conceived from a practical and rational perspective, prioritising durability, safety and ease of maintenance, with a clear structure that facilitates logistics management and streamlines internal processes.
At CERCLE GESPROMAT, we assumed the role of Project Manager, coordinating all phases of the project—from initial planning to final delivery—with comprehensive control over timelines, budget and construction quality.
Our involvement ensured a rigorous and efficient execution, tailored to the client’s operational needs and focused on maximising the functional performance of the new logistics centre.
