A high-end residence that combines contemporary elegance, light, and panoramic views, with an architecture defined by stone walls and large openings that connect the interior with the Mediterranean landscape.
The project begins with the demolition of an existing dwelling to make way for a new high-end construction in one of the most privileged residential areas of Castelldefels. The objective: to create a contemporary home with a high level of comfort and construction quality, capable of making the most of views and natural light.
The building is developed over four levels —basement, ground floor, first and second floor— with a walkable flat roof and a fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces.
The architectural design is based on two load-bearing walls of Ibiza stone that define the structure and allow the north and south façades to be fully opened. Light, views, and transparency become central elements, enhanced by Otiima and Schüco joinery and Cortizo glass railings.
The residence incorporates an exclusive programme with six double en-suite bedrooms, a Bulthaup kitchen, living and dining areas open to the landscape, and wellness spaces such as an infinity pool, sauna, rooftop solarium, gas fireplace, and private lift. The finishes, defined by continuous microcement flooring and wall finishes and white lacquered joinery, reinforce an image of serenity and timeless elegance.
We participated as Project Manager, coordinating all phases of the project —from the initial demolition to final delivery— and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
We ensured coherence between the architectural design, technical requirements, and on-site execution, acting as a link between the client, the design team, and contractors. The result is a precisely executed and carefully detailed residence that reflects the added value of rigorous management oriented towards excellence.
