FAQ’s PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management covers all the preliminary phases of a construction project, from initial definition to implementation.
We provide method, technical judgement and foresight to transform an idea into a real, viable and controlled project.
We approach project management from a holistic perspective that goes beyond the technical scope of construction: we analyse strategic, financial, legal and operational factors to ensure global coherence and project success.
Main functions include:

  •  Preliminary studies and technical-strategic advisory
  •  Planning and preparation of the construction budget
  •  Coordination of technical teams and contractors
  • Quality control, timelines and regulatory compliance
  • Final delivery and operational close-out

We act as the client’s technical and strategic partner, ensuring a global vision and a structured, results-driven management process.

It is especially recommended for projects requiring a global perspective, multidisciplinary coordination, technical supervision and a high level of financial and strategic control.
It is the best option when the developer wants every decision from the early stages to be informed, aligned and forward-looking.

The Project or Construction Manager represents the client and protects their interests. They coordinate and supervise all contractors and teams, ensuring economic control, quality, deadlines and overall coherence.
The main contractor, by contrast, is responsible for the physical execution of the works: organising teams, hiring subcontractors and performing part of the works directly.
The appropriate model depends on the type and scale of the project and the degree of control desired by the client.

No. We work closely with the Design Team to ensure a rigorous and faithful execution of the project. We integrate as an active part of the team, facilitating coordination, control and communication among all stakeholders.

  • If you are in the idea or definition phase: the right service is Project Management, where we define scope, viability and strategic planning —technical, financial and operational— to ensure an integrated approach.
  •  If the project is already defined and entering execution: the right service is Construction Management, overseeing all works with full control of cost, time and quality.
  •  Once the project is completed: Facility Management ensures optimal, sustainable and energy-efficient operation of the asset over time through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

This continuity avoids duplication and ensures technical, economic and strategic coherence across the entire lifecycle of the project.
