High-end residential development comprising nine villas and thirty apartments, sensitively integrated into the natural landscape of Camiral Golf & Wellness, combining contemporary architecture, topography and nature in balance.
EL BOSC is a high-end residential development consisting of 9 villas and 30 apartments, located in one of the most privileged areas of Camiral Golf & Wellness. With a total built area of 11,000 m² —and units ranging from 130 to 300 m²— the project addresses a plot with complex topography and a northern orientation, turning these constraints into strengths: wide views, privacy, and an implantation that respects the site.
The project tames a wild natural setting, integrating the residential ensemble into the gentle surroundings of the golf course.
The project, designed by Jaime Prous Architects, organises the ensemble with intelligence and sensitivity: the apartments are located on the upper level, integrated among the pine trees, while the villas step down around the lake. This layout minimises earthworks and enhances the connection with the landscape.
All typologies share a coherent architectural language, based on double-height spaces, inner courtyards and large openings. The use of concrete and glass does not respond to an imposed aesthetic, but to an honest response to the conditions of the site: an architecture that emerges from its surroundings, without forcing them.
At CERCLE GESPROMAT, we have taken on the comprehensive management of the project, coordinating each phase with rigour and foresight: from the technical projects through to final execution. Our role has been to ensure that the architectural vision was materialised with precision, quality and respect for the environment.
