Rehabilitation and adaptation of the new European headquarters of LEYARD IBERICA, a world leader in the design and production of LED screens.
Rehabilitation of the European headquarters of LEYARD IBERICA where the new offices and the showroom of the world leader in the design and production of LED screens have been installed.
Located in the Marina Street of Barcelona, the new offices have more than 500 m2 and include a spectacular Showroom for their products on the first floor. The ground floor, has large meeting rooms, work spaces and also, with areas for holding events.
The interventions that have been made are the following: demolition of the existing pavement to redo a new one of concrete with white quartz powder in the ground floor, and black micro-concrete pavement in the floor plan for Showroom. Soundproofing of the downspouts and interior acoustic conditioning, with carpet, acoustic islands suspended from the ceiling and installation of acoustic screens. It has also enabled a space for kitchen for workers installing the services of light, water, computer, audio, climate and elevator.
The furniture has been customised and the walls painted with the corporate colours of the company: white and yellow.
LEYARD IBERICA has recently inaugurated its headquarters in Barcelona, where they will work in collaboration with the Dutch headquarters, to serve customers in the markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
