Single-family residence integrated into the golf course landscape, resolving a significant slope through white concrete architecture and a seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
The project addresses a plot with a level difference of over 11 metres between the northern and southern ends, accessed from the highest point. The objective of minimising earthworks and preserving the original topography has been key in defining the building’s layout and volumetry, respecting height limits and achieving a natural integration into the golf course landscape.
The dwelling is organised over two levels, with access and parking on the upper floor, and a ground floor fully open to the garden and the private-use swimming pool. The design responds to a refined and essential architecture, where geometric clarity and the presence of exposed white concrete, cast with vertical pine timber formwork, define the expression of the project.
The large horizontal roof planes and the vertical concrete walls are combined to generate shaded areas and transitional spaces between interior and exterior, enhancing the relationship with the surroundings and the views towards the south and east.
