A project that explores the relationship between volume and gravity, designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos.
Located in a privileged setting within Camiral Golf & Wellness, Well Villa proposes an exercise in balance between form, structure and landscape. The project, designed by the prestigious Valencia-based studio Fran Silvestre Arquitectos—internationally recognised for its refined and integrative work—addresses the challenge of constructing an apparently lightweight volume over a large cantilever that seems to defy gravity. The structural and calculation challenges involved were of great technical complexity, requiring a very high level of precision and coordination between teams.
The architecture is resolved through two superimposed volumes with an apparent formal simplicity. The upper volume shifts towards the lake, creating a large structural cantilever that shelters the lower terrace and opens views towards the landscape. The façades, perforated with strategically placed openings, balance privacy, light and geometry, offering a clear and harmonious reading of the architectural envelope.
Inside, a double-height staircase acts as the organising axis, articulating the ground floor and visually connecting it with the upper level, where all rooms are oriented towards the golf course. The space flows naturally, and light—carefully filtered—reinforces the sense of balance and lightness that defines the project.
At CERCLE GESPROMAT, we assumed the technical and executive coordination of the project, ensuring its constructive viability and rigour at every stage. From the development of the foundations to the execution of the large cantilever, we worked closely with the team at Fran Silvestre Arquitectos to make possible an architecture that is both formally demanding and technically precise.
