Corporate space that reflects RCRās architectural identity, where light, material and silence engage in dialogue with the Mediterranean.
To transform a former residential property into a contemporary workspace located opposite Barcelonaās seafront promenade, while preserving the essence of the original building and projecting RCRās distinctive architectural sensibility. The objective was to achieve an open, luminous environment consistent with their philosophy: essential, silent spaces connected to their surroundings.
The project focuses on creating an open-plan space that conveys serenity and order. Without altering the structure, ceilings or faƧades, a comprehensive interior refurbishment was carried out to remove partitions and enhance visual continuity.
The selected materialsārendered and painted brick walls combined with lightweight partitions made of double translucent methacrylate panelsāprovide transparency and a balanced relationship between light and privacy. The result is a clean, flexible workspace where natural light and material textures generate a calm and productive atmosphere.
At CERCLE GESPROMAT, we assumed the comprehensive management of the refurbishment and adaptation of the space, ensuring that every technical decision respected the architectural intent of the project. Our coordination guaranteed a precise execution faithful to RCRās language, resulting in offices that combine design, functionality and identity in constant dialogue with the sea and Mediterranean light.
